Refunds & Returns
At Trième Jewellery, each piece is carefully selected and crafted to the highest standards. As such, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect selection.
However, we are committed to ensuring your purchase meets expectations.
• A refund or exchange will be offered if an item is faulty or not as described
• Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of purchase
• A valid proof of purchase is required
To be eligible for return, items must be:
• In original condition (unused and unaltered)
• Returned with original packaging, receipt, and any diamond certificates
Please note:
• Custom pieces, special orders, resized or altered items are NOT eligible for return or refund
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method:
• Credit / EFTPOS payments will be refunded to the same card (processing times may vary)
Special Orders, Commissions & Diamond Sourcing
For all bespoke pieces and sourced diamonds:
• A 50% deposit is required to commence
• This deposit is strictly non-refundable
• Once the design and diamond are confirmed, the order cannot be cancelled or altered
If the full 50% deposit is not paid at the time of order, the remaining balance must be completed within 5 business days, otherwise the order may be cancelled.
By proceeding with a custom or commissioned piece, you agree to our terms and acknowledge that Trième Jewellery may feature the design across our website, social media, and marketing platforms.
Final payment must be received and cleared prior to collection or delivery.
Sizing & Alterations
Clients are responsible for confirming the correct size at the time of purchase.
• For rings valued over $2,500, we offer one complimentary resize
• Valid within 30 days of purchase
• Up to two sizes larger or smaller
• Proof of purchase required
Additional notes:
• Resizing beyond two sizes will incur a service fee
• Certain designs (e.g. full eternity bands, intricate patterns) may not be resizable
• These pieces will require remake or reorder, with associated costs applied
Shipping & Delivery
Trième Jewellery offers secure delivery across Australia.
• Flat-rate shipping: $50
• All parcels are fully insured, trackable, and require a signature upon delivery
Your piece is protected from the moment it leaves our studio until it reaches you.
Warranty
We proudly offer a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty on all jewellery.
This warranty covers:
• Manufacturing faults in materials or craftsmanship
The warranty DOES NOT cover:
• General wear and tear
• Accidental damage or misuse
• Loss of stones due to impact or improper care
Please note:
Any repairs, resizing, or alterations carried out by third-party jewellers will void the warranty, as we cannot guarantee workmanship outside of Trième Jewellery.
Normal Wear & Tear
Fine jewellery is designed to be worn and enjoyed daily, and over time, natural wear is expected.
Our warranty applies only to manufacturing defects, not damage resulting from regular use or external impact.
Examples of normal wear and tear include:
• Gradual wearing of claws
• Bent or lifted settings from impact
• Loss of stones due to damaged claws
• Surface scratches or metal wear
• Fading of rhodium plating
• Misshapen bands from pressure or repeated wear
If damage is assessed as wear-related or accidental, we are happy to assist with repairs, with costs advised accordingly.
We recommend:
• Annual inspections for all diamond and gemstone jewellery
• Prompt attention if stones feel loose
Insurance Recommendation
Jewellery is delicate by nature. Even with the highest level of craftsmanship, accidental damage can occur.
To protect your investment, we strongly recommend obtaining comprehensive jewellery insurance.
We suggest Q Report as a trusted provider, offering specialised coverage for fine jewellery.
