Shipping policy
1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates
- Free shipping on all orders over AUD $500
- A flat shipping fee of AUD $20 applies to orders under AUD $500
3. Delivery Timeframes Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Australia: 3–7 business days
- International: 10–21 business days (if applicable)

4. Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
5. Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Trieme Jewellery is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
6. Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
